Here is the Procedure to Check the Number of sim cards registered on your IQAMA.
Open your Play store and search for the Application CITC and install it or you can go throw the link below:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=gov.citc.sa
Log in using your Absher Username and Password once the installation is finished, same as in the below pictures:
Go to the Agarmi Option located top left of your app and you will find the Numbers Registered On your Iqama along with the Service Provider or Company Name. In case you found any extra Number, you must have to submit and Block that Number.
How to check How Many Sim Card registered on your IQAMA by PC or Laptop
The procedure to check through the PC or Laptop is different but not challenging, just go through the Link below and follow the Steps:
https://mutasilind.citc.gov.sa/Services/IndexServices
- Select “English” from the Top on the Left corner
- Go to the “Services”
- Then go to “My Numbers”
- Then go to the “Inquiry”
- Then fill in the data accordingly
- Enter the OTP that you have received on your Given Mobile number
That’s it
You will find the details such as mobile Numbers registered on Your Govt ID, Service providers, type of Subscription, and the Status of Each Sim card as Active or Not. See the Picture below for your reference:
How to check How Many Sim Cards are registered on your IQAMA Without Providing a Mobile Number
Here you can check without providing a Mobile phone number. However, it will not provide you with the Specific Number But only the service provider name. So let’s start with it:
- Select “English” from the Top on the Left corner
- Go to the “Services”
- Then go to “My Numbers”
- Then go to the “Inquiry”
- Then fill in the data accordingly
- Just select “I haven’t” in the Mobile Number Option.
You will find the service Provider’s names in the Inquiry Result so you can guess the Numbers Under using yourself or not. Below Picture for your reference:

You can simply check the Registered sim cards by sending an SMS through your Mobile.
- If You’re a Zain User then send a Blank SMS to 700123
- For STC SAWA users, send an SMS containing the Number 9988 to 900
- Mobily users can check by sending a blank message to 616166
- Lebra users have to send their IQAMA numbers to 1755
- Friendi / Virgin Mobile users can check by sending a blank message to 309985
